Antonina Salina is the Sr. Manager of Database Management at Mason Tillman Associates. She holds an M.S. in Computer Science from State Institute for IT, Precision Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg, Russia. Antonina oversees the functioning of Mason Tillman’s multiple databases, performs data collection and analysis, and leads our team of statisticians and data analysts. The precise analyses conducted by Antonina and her team form the quantitative basis of each assessment we perform. She believes that her work is meaningful and can contribute to the social change that is the heart of Mason Tillman’s mission. Antonina enjoys making time after work for activities with her children, and is an avid cyclist.
