Your primary role will be to manage project teams for disparity studies or social marketing campaigns. You will be directing the project staff and handling client communication with corporate executives and government officials.
You will also be expected to conduct qualitative data analysis and write reports for clients. Additionally, you’ll be participating in business development activities that will be given to you by the marketing manager.
10+ years of work experience in a management position
Knowledge of affirmative action employment, and business laws and regulations
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Corel WordPerfect
Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and motivate diverse and multi-functional teams
Amenable at adapting quickly and smoothly to changing project requirements
Cooperative and collaborative while maintaining a constructive and respective demeanor
