Don T. O’Bannon is Outside Legal Counsel for Mason Tillman Associates, providing legal advice to the firm. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth and a J.D. from the University of Virginia, with an emphasis in Government. Attorney O’Bannon is nationally recognized for his application of the USDOT DBE regulations, 49 CFR Part 26 and 23.  At Mason Tillman, Don provides legal analysis and designs constitutionally sound diversity and inclusion programs. Don finds his position at Mason Tillman to be both interesting and challenging, and he enjoys collaborating with Mason Tillman’s vibrant team of professionals. Don speaks fluent German, and outside of work he enjoys painting.
